Electricity Bill REF 350065

<p>I received my electricity bill for this month and the amount they charged me its R3096,35 for two bedrooms apartment. In July I paid 963,53 but now the bill for August is above R3000 how possible is that? And when you call their offices they are giving an explanation that I don't understand and they keep on saying that they don’t do estimations. There are only two people staying in the house and during the day we are not in the house. Now I am requesting meter readings in my presence and they say I must pay R230 for call out fee plus another R400 and something to get that done.The previous reading was 46441 for which I paid R963,53 and the present reading is 480448 and I must pay R3096,35.The only appliance running during the day is the fridge. This bill is ridiculous and just not possible. I want a new reading and possibly with an independent party present.</p> <p> </p>
