Electricity Bill ref 321908

<p>I received my electricity bill for this month and the amount they charged me its R1800 for two bedrooms. In June I paid 1200 and also last month I paid 1200 but now the bill its almost 2000 how possible is that. And when you call their offices they are giving and explanation that I don't understand and they keep on saying we will call you back . On their bill, i have 2-meter readings. Please, somebody, help me because impact meters they are robbing us. I don't even understand their billing process how can you bill from the 13 to the 17 of the next month why don't they just us from 01 to the 31 they just want to confuse us and rob us.</p>
