Dishonest Business

I have never received any good service from Impact Meter Services. The business is bullying it's customers and keeps on getting away with it. Two months after service is discontinued due to Impact Meter Services non existent service, still no deposit refunds. Yet reverse the roles and as customer you do not get anything before you pay Impact Meter Services a deposit. This is a good example of a horrible dishonest business.
