******* DEDUCTION BY IMPACT METERS AND PRETOR

the company has been bullying me, deducting money on all my electricity 60% of the purchases to PRETOR. Even after their levies debt has been settle and a statement showing a negative balance has been sent by their representative they are still deducting the 60% of the purchases. For more than a week I have been sent from pillar to post by both PRETOR and Impact meters, either dropping the calls or promising to call back. Apparently on both companies they do not know who must send which company what. This is causing hardship as I am now unable to purchase electricity for the unit.
