Daisy Matlhaku was so helpful

Whenever I paid my electricity bill via eft, Impact Meter did not get the payment. I wrote to Daisy and she was kind enough to take me through the entire process. I had actually made a mistake on my side with loading the account and Daisy was patient enough to make me understand where I had gone wrong. Daisy service stands out in particular because when I first picked up on this last year I actually called Impact Meter and I was attended by a not so helpful attendant. Really refreshing to see how Daisy went the extra mile to ensure I resolve this matter once and for all.
