Customer service nightmare

If you’re able to avoid using these services, please do. The customer service is sluggish, untrained, and lacks even the most basic communication or problem-solving skills, it honestly feels like dealing with a toddler on a power trip. I’ve been stuck in a never-ending loop of vague instructions, repeated document submissions, and shifting goalposts. No one seems capable of giving a clear answer or owning the process from start to finish. The system is broken, the website is outdated, and the experience is beyond frustrating. AVOID AT ALL COST if possible.
