<p>I don't understand what the purpose of impact metres is, nothing but a ******* ! </p> <p>Staff can never seem to explain why their charges are so high! R4000 a month for electricity is crazy!! switched to prepaid , but somehow still owe R4067, can not get an explanation why!! </p> <p> </p>
