****piest, Slowest Service Ever

Sat in line for over 40 min and not even one person was helped. Spoke to manager on the phone and he blamed it on the amount of people in front of me? Makes no sense because that should not affect how long it takes to help one person.

Whilst this was happening multiple employees were on the phone , whether taking business or personal calls this does not matter, as any business that cared about their impression on the world would know that this is unacceptable.

Working hours are absoloutley ridiculous as they are not open during non working hours other than on a Saturday (and then only to 12)
