These people are the biggest chance takers. I’ve been without power for days because they’re trying to get me to pay a bill, which is not yet due, ahead of time. They send statements which I’ve challenged with proof of payment but they won’t budge. All because they want upfront payment. Awful customer service and honestly, they should just go ahead and close shop. This is a business run in an ************, greedy and ********* way.
