I am disappointed in how impact the name means impression but it's disappointing I stay in parklands complex I had copy and paste water billings then in August I got a 2513 and 11cents bill I query it and the assistance is just there no use know nothing I spoke to 50 people no one can help I was told it's tariffs I get that but in August you add from 400plus rand to 2500 how I don't have a garden or leaking tap so when ask for a breakdown it turned into a mute moment If the meter reader read wrong take responsibility for your actions my unit number is on top of my neighbor at the bottom so I am not buying that tarrif story No one came back I'm still waiting so the waiting game is over
