COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!! NEVER IN MY LIFE!

We have moved into a new complex and are forced to use Impact Meters. WHAT a sham of a company with no ownership or accountability for any process! I app**** for a prepaid meter on 05/11 with payment made on 11/11. No feedback has been provided by them regarding the installation of the meter, upon following up numerous times I receive a response they have NO RECORD of my payment nor application!!!! This is shocking service! NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE FORCED TO USE THEM!!!!!
