Complain: Charge R170 for returning of debit order after cancellation of debit order

I canceled my debit order and they continually charged me a fee of R170 for the returning of my debit order. I make Electronic payments. I send emails to correct my invoice but no reply. If you tried to phone them your call went through to the person after hours and all help you get them him is to try phone again, they might be busy at the office that's why my call is diverted to the person on call after hours. Iv you refuse to pay the extra R170 added to your account they just cut your service and charged then an additional amount of R600 for reconection.
