What a DISGRACE of a company!!!! Our complex uses protea metering services for prepaid electricity accounts. We are meant to load electricity and use their website to monitor usage. However how does one do this when the system is NEVER updated to reflect current readings and when you load tokens or make payments they are not able to allocate it in a timeous manner, leaving you stranded without electricity due to their own incompetence. Don't even let me get started on trying to get a agent on their landline or after hours numbers. I have to date sent 3 x emails and none have been returned with a response. Its sad that all I can do is complain as management chooses to use this pathetic company. However there will be a proposal put foward to suspend all their services as we cannot live with such a useless company managing our electricity.
