Class action in progress

I had terrible dealings with Impact Meters. For starters they have disconnected my electricity (which they may not for not being registered as an electricity service provider), after colluding with the alleged owner of my property.

They've put my electricity account on his name without my knowledge and subsequently this alleged owner gave them instructions to suspend his (which was actually mine) service in an attempt to evict me without a Court Order. This happened on 21 April 2017 already, but I managed to get sufficient equipment to get off the grid showing them the finger in the process.

I have been engaged in a legal battle in the Pretoria High Court with them and just to show all how afraid they are that I am going to expose their devious practices they got a senior counsel team Mr. Kellerman SC costing them in access of R200000 already to represent them in Court against me in person.

Everything they attempted against me to get me out of this premises failed. Extremely laughable how they've spend hundreds of thousands where they say I am owing them around R3000 which was on the account of the alleged owner they helped to put in on his name and now say that I must pay it. Totally rediculous. Their general manager, Tony Nunes, hates me with a passion.

My matters are currently on Appeal, after the initial proceedings were removed from the roll due to lack of urgency under very suspicious sircumstances. I am now waiting 6 months just for the judge to sign her ruling (which was clearly bias) and currently in the process to report justice her worship queen HRH Princes Mphahlele to the Judicial Services Commission. (If I was her I would also not sign that **** biased ruling she gave.)

I am adament to expose Impact Meters, even on my way to the Constitutional Court if I have to, for how they ********ly treat consumers and everyone with similar problems must please join me in a class action and reply to this review. This business needs to be closed down and don't deserve our business. Let me also tell you how to bypass their pathetic ******** services agreement....
