Cannot read emails or their own discontinuation form!!

After sending a discontinuation form in advance, for the electricity account at my current residence to be canceled as of the 28th of February 2023, impact meters proceeded to cut my power on the 3rd of February. After contacting the after hours technician and having the power restored on Wednesday night, I am again without power this Saturday evening, the 5th of February.

Clearly someone at impact meters has not read my emails or their own form which clearly states the discontinuation date as the 28th of February. This is complete ignorance and totally unprofessional.

I would give no stars if it were possible.
