Bul**** by Impact Meter Services

Good afternoon,

I am not happy with the attitude and the way this business is handling an issue that I have with them. I rented/ leased office space of which they were the electricity supply company and we only used the space for a period of three months and vacated the premises soon after in the end of August. in this period they never connected the electricity for us since we were required to pay prior and in this time we had no need or use for the electricity.

Now they are threatening me saying that I am liable for a payment of R4109.86 and I have no idea for what because connections were not made, we didn't have electricity the entire time we leased the space. Can I get someone to explain this to me because I refuse to be bul**** for something that I do not know.
