Billing

Once again i have a huge problem with your billing. In summer our account is R600 but in winter ti goes over R1000, and we dont use heaters or electric blankets. We have energy saving lights in ALL the lights and yet it goes up almost dubble.

I have lodge numerous complaints to a manager but he as useless as can be. He does not try to help looking into the matter, and yet every month it goes up and up wit R200 to R300.

Iwould like too talk to someone higher than the manager as this is now to a point that ill take it further if needed.
