Ban resellers like Impact

What an absolutely horrible company. It’s a shame out complex forces us to use them, I’d rather get my utilities supp**** by the municipality and not 3rd party ****mer resellers. I’ve had my water restricted because of a electricity bill that I was querying (my supposed consumption was waay too high), they no longer handle electricity so i just paid the water portion of the bill. How is my water restricted because of electricity arrears that I have a problem with. The lady I spoke too was soo rude, I’m not letting this go.
