Avoid Impact Meter Services at all costs if you can, and you can! They are ******! They have charged me the period I was not even residing in the apartment. They refuse to refund me and this is their final response; from Bendre Stoltz " We cannot explain where or how the usage was used as we only administrate the readings and bill you accordingly", ..Dated 11 Feb 2019. Regardless of the facts provided of "when" the water was used, which was before I took occupation. Yet they will not refund me. As a result, I am moving out of the apartment block they service.
