Avoid Impact meters

I would rate 0 however 1 is the lowest I can rate this. I received an email stating that my account is in arears even though I paid my account every month. I emailed them to resolve the issue and only received robotic replies stating the amount I need to pay and the R280 recommission fee. After calling them it turned out that because their ABSA account is a public beneficiary it caused issues with the reference that made it difficult for them to allocate to my account. After finding all this out they still refused to remove the 280 rand fee, which is also a ridiculous for a admin fee, they just keep sending emails now stating that I need to pay the recommission fee. According to them my arrear amount is R3870. I would strongly recommend you avoid these prefatory bullies as far as possible.
