Avoid at all cost

I would rate 0 however 1 is the lowest I can rate this. I received am email stating that my account is in arears even tho I paid my account every month. I emailed them to resolve the issue and only received robotic replies stating the amount I need to pay and the R280 recommision fee. After calling them it turned out that because their ABSA account is a public beneficiary it caused issues with the refrence that made it deficult for them to allocate to my account. After finding all this out they still refused to remove the 280 rand fee, which is also a ridiculous for a admin fee, they just keep sending emails now stating that I need to pay the recommision fee and are even threatining switching my water off. I would strongly recommend you aviod these prefatory bullies as far as possible.
