Appalling fee structure

Really appalled by their terrible service. They are a ripping-off-scheme.<br> Where in their terms and conditions do they stipulate a re-connection fee must be R410? What kind of nonsense is that? Do they just thumb-suck figures? Do they even have terms and conditions/ agreements in place?<br> What kind ****a are they? <br>
