Annoyed

How stupid is this, I inform Impact meters that my fiance is in a coma due to an accident, I provide them with all the information that they might deem private to make it easy, all I need is the amount due and reference to pay the bill, but they are behaving as if though I'm trying to still crucial information, so we must stay in the dark in the mean time seeing that the account holder is in ICU. That's nonsense man.
