Alwys over charging

With regards to the following ***

I would like to know why I am being billed so much as I am not using a high amount of electricity. I have received a SMS stating that I am in areas for the amount of R 1724.17 which I feel is tomuch as I do not have any appliances or devices that is using up so much electricity.

Kindly send me a break down of this amount as I would like to know how do you come up with this amount and I would also have clarity for what I paying. I am also requesting a copy of the meter reading so I know what I am being billed for.
