Acting against legislated regulations

My electricity account was due and payable on the 29th of January 2015. I have requested extension till the 20th of February 2015 which still falls within the allowed period as per Section 5(2) and 8(4)b of the Act as they are incidental credit providers.<br> <br> They simply denied my request, and went ahead and disconnected my electricity, 13 business days after my account was due and payable.<br> <br> By acting against stipulated regulations, they have caused me and my family harm in terms of money, food, and the basic rights of living.<br>
