ABYSMAL SERVICE & ARROGANT BEHAVIOR BY IMPACT METER SERVICES

Impact Meters services have the most *********** and arrogant workers one has ever come across.

i have been away from my flat since July 2019 & ive been getting bills & the last one i paid was 650 which according to them was consumption from August to October, they are not in position to tell me what the consumption comes from and while im busy querying this they send me a message that the services are terminated & i must pay a staggering 1000 including a reconnection fee, Service of this nature is unheard of in this day &age, im completely appalled and there's no place for this kind of inefficient service & bullying in our society.

i'm embarrassed to be associated with impact meters & im fed up so much so that i will vacate the flat instead of allowing this kind of noonsencial unfairness.
