Abnormal Meter Charges

IMPACT METERS is a ****, they charge abnormal on their meters. In November 2022 I rented apartment in Pretoria North Wonderpark estate every month I received different amounts on my statement , I made all my payments on time every month but the problem started after I give them a notice on the 28th November 2023 that I will be moving out on the 15th December 2023 suddenly the bill me R3700 for less than 15 days that I was already out of the place. This Company is Unfair what they are doing is a daylight ******* they need to be exposed.
