ZERO star service: BAD BAD SERVICE

i wish i could use any other courier than imile ! there is not even a word for how poor their services and customer support are! i ordered shein back on 2 December, 3 days later it was in the country, i paid my TAX and still today (20 december) there is no progress with my package. i don't quite understand why it's such a struggle. this is my 5th time working through imile (not that i want to, shein passes on the courier services) and every time it is such a struggle. one of my previous packages went missing again and all they could do was throw their hands up. i am not a satisfied customer at all and I will not recommend them to anyone.
