ZERO STAR RATING

Pity I can't choose 0 stars - What a useless company. Normally my R144.00 order comes with the post office and I pay R38.70 when I collect it. Now AliExpress sends it with iMile and they want R203.00 duty. How can it be over 100% duty? The customs code on my parcel is 20% duty and then VAT so where do they get over 100%? I asked them for an invoice with a breakdown but I am still waiting. This order can go back to China and any future orders that get sent with iMile will go back to China.
