Wrong information on the track record and they are not accessible on their contact details

My parcel has not been moving since Wednesday, it’s Saturday today but on the track record it shows that my parcel would arrive today in the early hours. When I contact them o WhatsApp they do not respond they send me a link to track my parcel but it says wrong address! How? I have been using the same address to order from SHEIN for the past two years.
