Worst sevice

Received a email stating that my order is out on delivery on 10/06 the next morning I got email from Shein stating they couldn't deliver and went I checked on imile tracking it shows no answer but nobody called me, same thing happened yesterday out for delivery and then late at night it will show no answer back to local logistics but they don't call at all. When I commicated with a driver he said that they had alot of work and got called back at 21:00 which means they never came out do deliver and just choose a reason no answer which is a lie!! If they are unable to deliver they have to inform clients and arrange another delivery. The numbers just rings no one replies on emails and the stupid WhatsApp is a compture we need better service from imile!!!!
