Worst service & order tracking

I placed my SHEIN order on October 31st. To this day, I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been calling their customer service phone number for 3 conserving days and not one answers the phone. Last update about my order when I try to track it was on November 11ths

This is my 1st worst service and definitely the last one with you.
