Worst Service from Imile Logistics

I am hereby complaining about the worst ever service I have received. It's almost a month I have been waiting for my parcel. This morning the driver called me to say he is at the gate and when I got out to check, he wasn't there. He was at the wrong destination, the WRONG province. I communicated to one of their consultants and they were very to me and told me that I am the one that has used the wrong address. How when I've always used the same address for all my deliveries. Imile is expensive for no reason at all!!!
