Worst service

I don't know why SHEIN keeps using this company. I have been waiting for a pick up since 21 April 2026, to date, no collection was made. When I call, they tell me about escalating the matter. Now they say the order was collected, now shein is processed return for one item instead of 7, I wonder whose goods they returned, because I still have the package. With so many complaints really, I don't understand why people want to damage their business image by using this courier. I am so unhappy with this.
