WORST SERVICE EVER!!

This is the worst logistics company ever!!!! I requested for a customs refund from them on the 8th of Jan because I canceled my shein order and its been a month and 12 days of me calling and emailing them about my refund!! They keep telling me to wait 7-14 working days even though I waited a month. By the way the never respond to emails, EVER!!!!
