Worst Logistics Company I’ve Ever Dealt With

IMile Logistics is an absolute joke. I ordered my Shein package on 18 November, with an estimated delivery between 3rd & 8th December, and the last tracking update was on 24 November. It’s now completely stuck with no movement, no explanation, and definitely no service.

Shein confirmed my parcel arrived in South Africa, yet IMile claims they “don’t have it.” How does a logistics company lose a package before it even reaches them? The incompetence is unbelievable. Their tracking system is useless, their communication is nonexistent, and their customer service might as well not exist.

At this point, I honestly have zero faith in IMile. This company is unreliable, disorganised, and clearly not capable of handling the volume they take on. If you see IMile as the courier for your order, prepare yourself for chaos.
