Worst logistics company and over priced

I'm not one to go out if my way to write a bad review, but im fed up with imile. This has to be to worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I had a parcel with them 3 times now, every single time it's a Major disappointment. Not to mention the fact how badly they over charge on import duties!! Last time as well, I order the same things, when buffelo handles my parcels it's always a breeze and the duties are reasonable, imile charges more then double!! My package has been sitting at the airport for days without being collected but I had to pay their ridiculous amount of money within 48hours. There never seems to be a person to talk to only automated responses. I don't know why this company is still running the way it does. I'm at a point I want to drive to the airport and go demand my package and just never order again in my life to avoid to possibility of working with imile again.
