Worst experience, whatever you do, Dnt use this logistics company

I clicked a star only because I’m required to in order for this complaint to go through, this business doesn’t deserve a star, the staff is so arrogant thinking they are high and mighty, they will even tell you that the complaint comes to them so do whatever you want, specifically Nicole and Tristan which I think **** about his name as well, he also said he is a team leader. They hang phones on your ear while busy talking, speak over you shouting and swearing, the worst consultant ever. These 2 people will bring the company to the ground as they do not care. Do not use this logistics company even when desperate because that will be jst waste of money and time.
