Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Deserve NO star. Mkrenko Xero, the guy who were suppose to deliver my parcel was so RUDE. Couldn't reschedule a delivery and told me I will MAYBE get it after two weeks, after waiting about two weeks. I told him I am at work if he can come deliver it at work since I am PAYING for a parcel to be delivered and expect it to be delivered. We were still speaking and then he hang up the phone, this service is unexpectable and he is the reason why your company only have 1.3 stars with 400 something BAD reviews.
