WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER - COST ME

Never felt so frustrated and insulted... I got an email this morning at 5:23am confirming that my Shein parcel is out for delivery (to be delivered by Imile logistics).. I canceled all my plans for the day waiting for my parcel.. Around 3pm I decided to track it (***) and I got hold of the driver, he confirmed that he'll be delivering the parcel today and asked me to send my location to him on WhatsApp.. I did but til now (18:30) my parcel is still not delivered.. Now he's not responding to my WhatsApp message.. I waited the whole day for nothing, I had an optometrist appointment to take my son for his eyetests and other plans but I canceled because I was expecting my delivery since there is no one who can receive it on my behalf... I am SoOo disgusted at this point, worst delivery service ever.. I don't even want the parcel anymore, I just feel like returning it when I receive it and asking for my refund.. Their delivery service really cost me a lot.. 💔
