Worst Delivery Experience

This is by far the worst courier service I’ve dealt with.

Last month, they delivered my parcel to someone else who lives nearby — without even calling me. No follow-up, no apology.

This month, I placed two orders: one delivered by Buffalo (no issues at all), and the other by IMILE. The IMILE tracking just keeps saying “out for delivery,” yet I haven’t received anything. They claim they can’t get hold of me — but Buffalo had no problem contacting me and delivering their package.

This level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication, unreliable tracking, and zero accountability. I honestly wouldn’t recommend IMILE to anyone.
