Worst customer service 0 rating

The worst courier company I have ever used. I had a parcel to return and have been waiting for them for 3 weeks, calling them is frustrating as their lines are forever not working and when you do manage to go through you hear excuses, arrogance, lies and no one taking accountability. They always claim to be escalating issues yet no one ever gives feedback or get anything resolved. Emailing them is just a tiring process, I honestly haven't experienced such bad customer service they just go to work to collect salaries and for vibes. Pathetic indeed, they don't even deserve a star as rating if there was an option for 0 it will best suit them!!! Do not use them
