Worst courier ever!

If i could rate 0, I would! Absolute terrible service. I have stayed in contact with them for the past 3 days as i keep getting whatsapp messages stating that my parcel is out on delivery, and at the end of every day its a failed attempt as the driver 'could not complete his route in time'. I phoned them twice today as i wanted clarity that it will be delivered today. The lady insisted that the driver has the parcel and that he will definitely deliver today. Now, i have not yet received my package after it's been scanned out on delivery for the past 3 days?! What service is this?
