WORST COURIER EVER

Pity there's not an option do rate -5. I have been waiting since 18 October 2023 for a parcel to be cleared and delivered. Have been phoning hourly, but NO ANSWER. Got a response on whatsapp that there's an issue at customs. I requested the customs tracking / reference number to communicate with customs what the issue was,.....NO Response. I then requested a detailed invoice to pay the outstanding amount on 01 November 2023, and to no surprise.......NO RESPONSE AGAIN! This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. My personal opinion.....avoid using them at all cost. No service delivery, no customer service. Oh, I was also given the option to abandon the parcel and request a refund from the online seller. It kind of makes me wonder if the parcel hasn't already been 'claimed' by either someone at customs or these clowns.
