Worst courier company

Worst courier company ever. I have been waiting for more than a week for my parcel to be collected for return. Every time they confirm a pick up date but then never arrive. I have tried multiple times to call them with regards to this issue. They then say that it has been escalated however never give feedback. I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected. Don’t EVER use them when returning your parcels. You will wait and just get the worst possible customer care.
