Worse experience ever

Very bad customer services!!! The audacity of being told that my parcel will be returned back because I missed a whatsup call from them, this person whole day has been at Sandton but failing to deliver my parcel at Sandton. Phoned for several times keeps on dropping my calls now in the afternoon telling me that they are on leave.
