Who has my parcel

Not happy at all with the service I have received. My parcel was in Pinetown & I was notified it was out for delivery. Then I received a message there was protests and it was sent back to the Pinetown depo. Next day I received a tracking update that it was returned to JHB. I contacted them last week and was promised that the package will be delivered by Friday. Still no package still no update on the tracking. I called them again today to be told they have not received it from Pinetown. But last week they did have it. Who is lying now. This is the most shocking service. Christmas gifts and other items
