Where is my refund

I am still waiting for my refund on a parcel that i was told on the 4th of December that it is missing. The main supplier Shein paid my refund within 3 day.

My tax and customs that was paid to IMile has not been paid. I keep on sending emails and getting an automated reply advising about 24h response. It’s been more that this 7-14 day refund policy that they preach. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK IMILE LOGISTICS
