Where is my order ??????

this is absolutely ridiculous, my order has been in kzn since after the 17th of Feb! I have yet to receive it, I cannot get through to any number or email address for this company.

I placed this order week ago, and this was the first order, the 2nd order was placed a week later which i received within 7 working days with Fedex, no issue, no delay.

I need this order urgently and its so frustrating that I cannot speak to anyone to check exactly where it is, this company should be reported.
