What TIME during the day to deliver

I'm at home in the morning and not in the afternoon. Please can you have a WhatsApp function for the customer to say what time to deliver, so I can be at home to collect my parcel. No one answers the phone at the call centre to help the customer. Please this function would be GREAT HELP.
